The quarantine and the restriction of traffic in Crete did not have the expected effects, according to the measurements from the environmental research station of the University of Crete in Finokalia, Lassithi.
On the occasion of World Environment Day, a new maximum monthly CO2 value was announced in the Mediterranean basin for March 2020 at 418.9 ppm as recorded at the University of Crete’s environmental research station in Finokalia, Lassithi.
